Supported Living
At Charice Healthcare we are a CQC regulated service provider who supports adults living with mental health problems, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and autism. Our service is designed to help people live independently. We provide around the clock care services. Our supported living model ensures that the quality of care we provide is consistent. We work in a collaboration with the community mental health teams, dieticians, physiotherapists, GP’s, district nurses and social workers to ensure a coordinated approach to meet the individual’s person centred needs.
